A- Eliminate imbalances, restore postural alignment, increase mobility and stability
Sitting is 40% more stressful on the spine than standing, and most of us sit for most of the day. Postural imbalances cause pain, poor circulation between the heart, brain and extremities, and also looks terrible! My first step is to always identify postural issues through a functional test and then eliminate them through mobilizations, stretches or corrective exercises.
B Base Conditioning
A strong, functional, and sexy core is less likely to be injured. The same goes for the butt and back! In fact, the body looks and feels much better with some muscle tone, so the base conditioning phase focuses on highly functional strength that will also tone and shape the body.
C Eliminate Dieting

If you are looking to loose weight, ignore health magazines and gimmick diets. Calorie restricting diets reduce the amount of energy you have available for doing the things that will ultimately help you achieve your goals. Your diet should be one that keeps your energy levels high, along with a sense of satisfaction at the end of each meal. I'll ask you questions that will illuminate what that means for your unique biology.
I don't advise friends, clients or strangers to use fad diets or fasting because they just suck to adhere to. Fasting is terrible unless your creating political change. Diets suck because they don't work and IF they do the cost can be high in terms of energy levels, food restrictions and quality of life in general.
